The classic combination of blue jeans and a white shirt can be the solution to many a wardrobe drama and now that I have found my dream jeans thanks to Cheap Monday, I'm beginning to invest in this look a lot more, especially as it goes so nicely with my overflowing collection of gold things.
Reverting back to conversations on ethical fashion, I've given myself the goal of investing.... a word hard to come to terms with as a student. So instead of buying five items a month each at £10 a piece, I'm saving my money and investing it into a classic garment that I know I can rework throughout the seasons and most importantly will last and not shrink or fade in the wash.
I'm getting a lot of satisfaction from shopping in this way, by buying into quality and ethical practices, I know my garment has been produced in a safe environment, by happy people and when I wear, it feels good and want to show it off. It takes pride of place in my wardrobe hung neatly, not thrown under a pile of high street knock offs that won't see the day of light again. I'm choosing to invest my money and most importantly my LOVE into a piece of clothing that will adorn me and make me feel wonderful every time I wear it.

a beautiful classic outfit as you say, you can wear this anywhere which i love :)
